Annie Nichols: Chef, artist, author

1 Mins read

An Artefact podcast with food stylist, food writer, cookery teacher, community chef and a graduate of Central Saint Martins, Annie Nichols, or in Annie’s own words; “an artist who cooks a lot of food.”

Annie is also a close friend of my family, having grown up with my mum in a small village in Somerset. Nichols now lives in Margate and has published her book: How to be Vegan and keep your friends.

I spent the day with Annie at her home on the Kent coast to explore how she got to where she is now and discuss what she hopes the next stages of her journey will entail.
